5 Secretes to get success on YouTube ।। How To Become a YouTuber? Be a Successful YouTuber.

When we start a job, we all expect the ultimate success of that job. It is difficult to divine when and how the expected success will come. But we all want success to come quickly. But in reality, very few people in this world have seen rapid success. Most of them have achieved their success by acquiring skills in the relevant field, continuous skill development, regular hard work, self-sacrifice, and working till success without giving up even after repeated defeats. And all this is possible only when you have the right mindset and the right attitude towards that work. If you want to be successful on YouTube, you have to have the right attitude towards YouTube and think about some things.

Love Your Job, Not money

YouTube is for those who have a passion for something and are willing to share that passion with others. It's not like a job, you don't work without pay. Because, even if you work regularly on YouTube, no one can say exactly when you will start earning money and how much money you will earn every month. In that case, the expectation of money will disappoint you extremely. So, if you have a passion for work and you can work with that passion and love, then you will be successful. In short, you can be a successful YouTuber only if you have the mentality to continue working even without money.

Be Professional, not reckless

One of the reasons for choosing YouTube as a career is autonomy. One does not have to be bound by orders. No one else controls our time and work, we control ourselves. This freedom does not mean that you will do whatever you want. The will is to work and the will is to give up - it is whimsical. Yes, no one will stop you from doing so. But remember, no organization, system, norm, company, or community is established with a willful attitude. For that, certain rules have to be laid down. Everyone will follow that rule with passion, respect, trust, and love. Then something will stand out. So if you want to be successful on YouTube, make some rules for your channel. For example, how many videos will be uploaded in a week, When will the videos be uploaded, what kind of videos will be uploaded, which things are completely banned in your channel, etc? But the rules you make will undoubtedly have to be obeyed by someone. If not, what is the success of making this rule? Now the question is who will obey these rules? Who has to obey these rules. There is no one but you to follow this rule. So you have to start obeying. Someday others will get used to these rules and your channel will be established. In short, remember that your channel is an organization and you are an employee of that organization.

Unique content, no copy-paste

Many people duplicate other people's content, use video cut-pieces, or even use other people's videos or content to the letter in the hope of monetization or views overnight. In some cases, even with some temporary success, it will never be permanent. If you want to achieve lasting success, you need to create unique videos with your content. You might want to make a video by looking at other people's content. But in that case, there must be differences and individuality.

Content quality rather than video quality

Most YouTubers, especially newcomers, prefer video quality to the content. Remember, a visitor comes to YouTube for two main reasons-

1. Education

2. Entertainment.

If you fail to provide the right information or enjoyment to your viewers about what they have come to your channel to learn, no matter how good your video quality is, that viewer will not watch your video again. However, video quality along with content quality will play a very helpful role in making your channel popular. However, content quality should always take priority over video quality.

The most important is The Community

Most YouTubers are so preoccupied with making videos that they don't even have time to look at the community. You see, all the viewers who have lovingly subscribed to your channel, liked, shared, commented on the video are the lifeblood of your channel. No matter how good your video is, if viewers don't come to your channel, don't watch the video, then all your hard work is useless. Remember, for a store, the customer is the key to success, just as for a channel, its audience is the key. So give maximum attention to your community. Reply to their comments. Answer the question. If anyone wants to cooperate, try sincerely. If not, take the time to talk. Respond if anyone notices. Express gratitude when someone compliments. If someone shows up wrong, think of him as your own. If someone speaks harshly, spread love without revenge. In short, don't be silent, don't avoid anything. Play a positive role in all feedback from the audience. Build good relationships. They will spread your channel among everyone.

After all, Success is never caught in the pursuit of success. So, stay focused on work. Give importance to quality. Build good relationships. Success will come automatically.
